This website is dedicated to my Wilton Method Cake Decorating classes in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area.
All classes are held at the JoAnn Superstore in Edina (3411 Hazelton Rd). Click here for a map.

Classes must have four students registered 24 hours in advance.

Candy Creations
(One session - $30 + supplies)

Learn candy making basics, including the chocolate rose, chocolate leaves and more!

"Icing Fun" Workshops for Kids

The Icing Fun Workshop teaches children and teens (ages 8 and up) the basics of cake decorating.

In 90 minutes, students learn to use three decorating tips for more than 7 decorating techniques.
$12.50 per student covers all supplies, including student kits (decorating bag, 3 tips, coupler and idea sheet), icing, 2 cookies to decorate, and a certificate of completion.
For Girl Scout troops, the kit also includes an "Icing Fun" patch from Wilton.
